Asher Gardy

Asher Gardy is from Northern Virginia and joined Delta Strategy Group in June 2026. He supports clients by analyzing legislative and regulatory developments across derivatives markets, prediction markets, financial services, commodities, and energy policy. His work includes monitoring congressional and agency activity for clients on emerging legislative and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Delta Strategy Group, Asher graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Biology and Society and a minor in Business. While at Cornell, he competed as a Division I baseball student-athlete and completed a financial regulatory consulting internship with Patomak Global Partners in New York City. There, he focused on derivatives regulation and the evolving legal and regulatory framework governing prediction markets and event contracts, as well as broader financial and commodities policy.
